    I ordered the Jumbo Hamper on 16/12/2024, during payment an error occurred and so I had to repeat the process. I did not realise this changed the delivery details until I got confirmation. I sent 2 messages trying to ensure the address was changed but no response until December 23, 2024 even though they claim a 24hr response. The hamper was not delivered until December 21, 2024 which is more than 1-2 Day Delivery I paid for. The fruits then arrived spoilt and rotten as can be seen from the pictures below. I asked for a refund but was told unless I sent the spoilt items back they can't process one. Please see some of the pictures below. I can only upload 2. The fruits had rotted so badly, they started to affect the material of the basket and even left green mold on the bottle. The oranges had turned green from mold (see pic), the pineapple had mold and was overripe (see pic) as was the bananas which were scarred, blackened and bruised. The plums and grapes were soft and soggy. It was really terrible. I was thankful for the default address error, as imagine what my elderly family would have felt receiving a gift like this for Christmas. How unhealthy and disgusting expecting people to send back rotten and spoilt food through the post. If they were reputable they should have a dedicated Customer number so problems can be addressed and rectified quickly. I shall not use again and will never recommend to anyone. I will stick to established companies like M&S, John Lewis and so on which I have previously used with no disappointment.
