Our products

All images are for illustration purposes only. Product brands and availability on certain varieties of goods may vary, but will always be of equal value. Hamper basket sizes are sometimes determined at the packing stage, therefore we may send an alternative hamper basket which will accommodate your order better. Our hampers include wicker and rope baskets, magnetic gift boxes, and our premium tray hamper is made of a durable cardboard material, available in a pastel gold, pastel silver or black finish. We will colour coordinate your hamper to match the basket/tray.

Our service

We will aim to pick and pack your order as soon as possible. However, it can take 24-48 hours to prepare, particularly if your order contains fresh goods. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible once the order is ready. If you select a dispatch date, we will aim to dispatch on this date, however cannot guarantee it. If you select Next Day Delivery, we will dispatch the order on an expedited delivery service which is likely to arrive the next working day, however this is only a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.

Our delivery

You can select a dispatch date at checkout, and we will endeavour to dispatch on, or around the date specified. Delivery is outsourced to 3rd party couriers, therefore delays should be expected as part of the logistical process, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to delayed delivery, particularly if your event is missed. Therefore please order in advance and leave at least 3 working days after your selected dispatch date to ensure your order is received on time or early, rather than late. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays, and delivery can take up to 10 working days to complete in rare instances.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email to request a returns authorisation code. Please note that returns can only be accepted if your order does not contain any perishable goods, and only if your order has not been personalised.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your order, please let us know immediately, and we will issue a refund or replacement.
