A. We aim to deliver all standard orders in 2-3 working days and expedited orders within 1-2 working days. This may differ at busy or festive periods.
Q. Is my hamper freshly made?
A. Each order is custom made to order. This includes freshly baking all edible treats.
Q. Will my hamper look exactly as pictured?
A. We try our best to ensure the hamper looks exactly as pictured on our website. Please ensure you have carefully read the description for the size you have selected. The lower value hampers come in Premium Black Cardboard hamper trays, and the higher value hampers come inside Real Wicker Baskets with lids.
Q. Do you ever send alternatives?
A. If a certain ingredient or hamper product is out of stock, we may send an alternative if it is of equal value and similar to the original item.
Q. The contents of my hamper is different to what is pictured on the website?
A. We freshly make our barfi and ladoo, however we require sufficient order volume to be able to freshly make batches each day. During festive periods, this is easily achieved. However during off-peak seasons, we may use outsourced market leading barfi and ladoo producers to ensure you receive a fresh box of these. During this instance, the barfi and ladoo may be supplied in a single box and possibly contain less variety than peak seasons.
